 A couple of seasons ago my wife enjoyed a wonderful hot tub soak every day after skiing the slopes of Colorado and I decided then that, even in England, this would be just the thing after a long hot summer's day in the garden or jumping in to it with snow all around in the dead of winter. Well, that was the theory; I forgot that English weather can be so fickle! I spent some time researching the market, the different types of pool, the location and setting in the garden, costs, suppliers etc. I am so pleased that I found HotSpring Spas. The help and advice that we have received from you and all the people involved in the process from sales through to installation has been first class and an enjoyable experience. As you can tell we are delighted with our purchases and may I simply say thank you for all the time and patience you have given us. It is greatly appreciated as is also your ongoing advice .....  Laura has Angelman Syndrome which is a severe learning disability which means she has epilepsy, behaviour problems, no speech and requires little sleep (unfortunately). Laura's favourite activity is swimming. She adores water and has been known to keep us in the pool at CentreParcs for 6 hours on the slides and outside pools which is probably her favourite holiday. Now she has that luxury in her own back garden and once in there, you've guessed it, she doesn't want to get out! She adores her hot tub and when she's bored guess where we go - in the tub. We feel that we have to let you know about the improvement to our lives since the arrival of our new hot tub in September this year. I am a diabetes sufferer and as such I have poor circulation and have many restless nights. The arrival of our tub has seen me benefit from better circulation and more restful nights. My wife has also seen a marked improvement in her health as she suffers with spondylosis, a degenerative condition of the spine. Because of this condition my wife was a regular visitor to a chiropractor. However, since we have had our hot tub she has not suffered any pain and as yet she has not had to visit her chiropractor. Our only regret is that we didn't buy our tub sooner as it has made a big difference to both our lives.We would also like to complement you on the service we received from the moment we arrived at your showroom to the day of delivery. It is rare that a company delivers in all areas of the process. Your tubs were not the cheapest we viewed but I am a firm believer that quality is not expensive, it is priceless!
